How to design the right restaurant for the best sandwich in the world? First, one should try the sandwich. And we did. Honestly, the first bite felt like an explosion of flavour and crunchiness. Therefore, the crunchiness had to be the starting point. Our design manages to break/crunch the space into two clearly identifiable halves. On one side, the front of the house, with simple geometry, minimalistic detailing and, at the opposite end, the then kitchen and the bar, celebrated by an explosion of flaming pink alabaster stone (sustainably reproduced with high performance laminates).
